Our Newest Addition

We put together this headboard for J's bed in just a few hours this weekend. It was much easier and turned out much better than expected.  We'll have to see how it holds up to abuse.

Third Month

K's personality really came out this month and it shows in his pictures.

Now for everyone's favorite part...the bloobers.

Big baby sneeze!

And a baby cough to round it out.

This makes me think of Zoolander for some reason...

There wasn't a doctor's appointment this month, so I have no measurements to give.  But no fear--he is definitely still growing (he's a heavy little sucker!).

Second Month

I'm just going to keep rolling with being at least one month behind on these posts.  K at two months old...

At two months old his measurements came in at:

Height -- 24.25 inches

Weight -- 12 pounds, 4 ounces

And no worries.  His three month pictures have been taken and will be queued up for next month.  

Probably until then (lol),

Quick Update

I had such high hopes of keeping up with the postings but man, this two kid thing takes a lot of time (I know all the mom's out there are rolling their eyes at me).  So, as a quick update, some iPhone pictures.

First Month

In celebration of Baby K's two month birthday (what?!? my baby can't be two months old already!!!), I am posting my favorite pictures from his first month/newborn photo session.  Because I'm timely like that...

At one month old, Baby K wasn't too good at (a) sitting still or (b) making angelic expressions.  He prefers faces that look something like this:

Anyway, despite his lack of compliance, he is a thriving boy.  At one month old his measurements came in at:

Height -- 22.75 inches

Weight -- 10 pounds, 15 ounces

As his doctor says, he's got that growing thing down. ;)
